Great exp, totally different than any other place I've ever been. I will definitely return & rec Haverty's Hamburg store to anyone!! I bought an entire room of furniture-- I was treated very well!! Thank you Charlie & Rachel!!!;-)

I was just in there and bought a dresser and a couch and was waited on by a nice dressed young man with dark hair I think his name was steve. He was very friendly, other people should take notes on this guys' professionalism. I thouroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and would recommend it to others.

I had bought a bedroom set and when delivered they had the wrong pieces of furniture. Then the furniture started falling apart bad with in months. Well then I bought a 3000.00 couch and chair. With in 6 months the reclining chair broke and it was over a month before the problem was resolved. They could not figure out how to order the part to fix it and so I wanted a new chair.
