Not at all professional for a business. I went in to have two different services performed. As I walked in before I could even talk or greet anyone I was told thats going to $20 deposit for each jacket. I was not greeted at all, no "Can I help you or even a HI". Then the cashier said if I need a zipper replaced, I would have to purchase the zipper myself. Really, I must of misunderstood,...
