I heard nothing but amazing things about this place so my husband and I decided to take our birthing classes here. We stuck it out and tried to remain positive but felt like the classes were not informative nor did we feel excited to go. We got hand outs from the actual book every time we went and just went over them. We didn't get to learn about wrapping a baby the right way, not much around...

Harmony provided a tranquil environment during my pregnancy where I could go through guided, very low impact movement (and stellar massages) to relieve tendon soreness and general preggo pain.

I'm so happy to have a place like Harmony in my community. During my pregnancy I took advantage of their yoga classes and massages. Now am taking my baby to the mom and baby yoga classes which have been amazing. Everyone there is so kind, supportive and knowledgable. Harmony is the best!!
