Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here. The hotel hallway smelled. There were children running up and down the hallway knocking on doors and running. The smell outside the hotel was also atrocious. The door on the side of the building was broken. It seemed as though anyone could get in. The price of the hotel did not reflect the value. It should have been far less considering all the unpleasant experiences.

Still a great hotel

he hotel is under renovation, and the remodeling looks good so far. I liked the fact that my room was clean and in great condition. I didn't like the fact that none of the ice machines were working and that I had to get ice from the front desk, and that there was only one person there to help. I also didn't like the fact that there was only one person handling breakfast for a full dining room....

Went for WrestleMania

The staff was very friendly and helpful for me getting around Newark and getting to and from New York City. The room I was staying in was large and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Good location....Horrible internet

Stayed for a night while working in NYC.Property is convenient to downtown Newark as well as the Newark Penn Station for the quick ride into Manhattan.Staff was friendly enough and the rate was average but the internet connection was simply awful I could not stay connected on my corporate VPN and was totally disconnected from the wifi every 10 minutes or so.Front desk couldn't do anything for...

Great location

Needed a hotel close to the airport, but didn’t want to stay at the airport. This property is 15 minutes away. Located on the river close to nearby restaurants. Parking was comfortable too. Property is new and clean. Great breakfast service. Staff very friendly. We had a room facing the river which gave us a nicer view, but it was a little noisy with the train going by.
