Our devoted laundry agents will show up at your apartment, scoop up your dirty clothes, then return them when they are properly laundered. We also handle dry cleaning and tailoring. I have used HamperVille in the past and have never had such a bad experience as I did this past week. When submitting your pick up request on their site, you are able to input your laundry preferences - such as detergent, washer/dryer settings, etc. I requested that my laundry be washed on cold with Tide and tumble dried low. We also included our own dryer sheets. Seems like a simple enough job, right? NO. Being the diligent person that I am, I not only submitted my preferences via their website, I also sent their customer service an email AND included a handwritten note that was neatly...
They service NY & NJ; great pricing; give you laundry and/or dry cleaning bags; eco-friendly; daily pick ups and deliveries; use great products like Tide or give them your own; big (outdoor furniture cushions) to small (dog sweater) cleaned; reliable; great customer service; using since 2009. I love hamperville, It has given me my weekends back. I am one of those people who hates to do laundry and with hamperville it is not going back. All my clothes come nicely folded, smelling gooood....
Also, I love their website, very user-friendly and with the subcription prices it makes hamperville a must have for me.
