They've got some basic stuff, but should look at the market over on newark ave that sells organic products or go look at the market at newport pavonia path...

I love this place, it's so convinient around Holland Tunnel. The sandwishes are the best and the food is awsome, especially the indian food ready to go is A+ restuarant quality food.

Excellent store, their Vegetable Samosas are great not to mention all the other food, grocery is reasonably priced
