I am a broker, and Heimer just did an inspection and the client decided against buying the building. I know some brokers don't like Heimer. Well, I wish I didn't have to find another building for my clients, but I know my clients will refer me to their friends in the future.

I usually don't submit reviews. When they're engineer started looking, I was concerned because he seemed to be going so fast. I know a lot about houses since I have bought a few. I was shocked at how much he told us at the end of the inspection. I thought the house was almost perfect. Turns out that it would have cost me a lot of money if I bought it.
