I have used this florist many times in the past and have always been delighted with the flowers & the friendlly staff. BUT, I had not sent flowers in the last couple years. I lost their phone number so I googled florists in Winchester. When I saw their poor rating I was shocked! In spite of their poor rating I decided to use Haggard's because of my past experience with them. I saw the flowers...

I received flowers today for Mother's Day, that my daughter and family had ordered. after talking to my daughter and knowing what she had paid for them, I was disappointed in thise arrangements. They were not what they expected for the price they had paid for them. I don't think I would recommed this shop for further purchases.

BEWARE! This flower shop was the worst I have ever dealed with. The flowers I had sent my mother from this place was the worst bunch of flowers I have ever seen. For $50.00 all my mother got was a pot of flowers with a ugly bow around it. The flowers looked they came from someone who does flower arrangments on crack. The flowers were late delivered and when I called to ask what they could do...

very bad custermer service they take forever to deliver and the flowers that was sent was somthing that you can get at any store that carrys flowers.
