Horrible service. 4 calls reqd to get them to come. And they changed the cost up from 125/hr to 160/hr after Sandy. Not happy with how they work.

Dear,
please do not take this review as negative, take it as opportunity to grow and improve your business & customer relation.
Techs were excellent, no doubt they found the problem within 15-20 mins, right on the target. I will rate them 5 out of 5.
But they did not have a part with them and they went out to buy. Haddad company charged me for that time too, $125/hr. They should have...

John and his colleague arrived on time, both knew their stuff and were efficient with their time. Nick their boss, was easy to reach, very responsive and accommodated our schedule.
