H&L is a very good company to reserve for a family reunion or just gathering they are ON TIME and CLEAN and a nice bus all together. If they would just price compare LOL I would ALWAYS go thru them because CHEAPER is NOT always better trust me its NOT...

H & L Charter is a great transportation company. Booking a trip is easy, the bus looks fresh & clean, it's comfortable AND the drivers are terrific!

Well seeing that as of 2010 H & L has had a third driver nominated as ""Driver of the Year"" in the state of California, ""Small Business of the Year"" in the state of California and a ""Vision Award"" recognized Nationally for there Clean Air Fleet, and exemplary Business and Safety standards , I can see why someone would write a bad review...( @scoobysteven who has targeted many small businesses). H & L's safety records can be publically viewed and I invite anyone to view the gallery of photos to see our vintage equipment and stinky drivers...

The bus our group chartered was vintage, and seats were not too comfortable, and when I contacted the company's ""Safety"" individual, 3 times, to convey my point, she did not even pay me the courtesy of a reply. I'll never use em again, and I'm highly suspicious of the other two posted 5 star reviews. I'd bet they were written by the companys employees. Buyer beware.
