Even though HEB recently expanded,and now has anything a person could want in a grocery store, I refuse to go there again. I was YELLED at by a manager because I tried to use one of 4 handicapped carts that looked available. "They aren't charged, and you won't get anywhere" was what I was told in a loud, rude manner.
