Have rode with Greyhound multiple times and they are awful. Busses may or may not be on time (If it's Baron's busses they actually will be on time though.) customer service is non existent....

Greyhound is a 19th century company which does a very poor job in the 21st. Modernization is unknown here. This company has so many complaints that customer service is limited & tough to obtain...
