I DO NOT Recommend this Business

I was just passing through Missouri and broke down. This company tried to take advantage of me, telling me that I needed more parts than I did and holding my car hostage for an overpriced tow fee and service fee they weren't upfront with costs for either. My repair quote went from 250 to 350 to 1000 within two hours. I brought it to another shop and they fixed more parts than Greg's Tire said they would with their original two quotes and it only cost me 320, INCLUDING the Tow! The 1000 dollar quote from Greg's Tire included having to replace my frame to remove a bolt, which by the way was not necessary. DO NOT go to this shop. They will pull the wool over your eyes, over charge you and tell you that you need things you don't. I will never do business with them again.

While we're on the topic, check out Family Wrench in Independence, MO who had me back on the road the within a day day. These guys are honest and saved me 600 dollars over Greg's Tire. They blow their competition away with Knowledge, personality, resources, price.. They are super considerate & timely; on point! This was truly the best auto repair experience I've ever had. Go ahead and call around, but be sure to consider Family Wrench. I'm really glad I did. Here's their number: (816) 254-2648

This is the best place in town for car "fixin". I always get immediate help and it is done properly, whatever the matter might be. Ryan especially for me, I know what he thinks, but he is really on the ball when it comes to my needs for the car. I DO NOT GO ANY PLACE ELSE FOR CAR REPAIRS. And my two grandsons use Greg's.

I trust Greg's Tire Center. I don't know much about my vehicle and they don't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I've been to other places that tried to sell me things I don't need but I never have that problem at Greg's. They have made a customer for life.
