Very Below Average!

I have been taking my clothes to Greenwich because of the convenience and needless to say I have been very disappointed. I took a white jacket nearly new there and it came back grey. I was so upset. The owner is very argumentative and claims to never be able to get stains out, then why are you a cleaners. They press your clothes on such high heat, they come back shiny and they smell like...

Be aware of what you take to the cleaners! You might be paying for someone else's dry cleaning. They argued with me that an item belonged to me. The ticket did not say so, but they made me take someone else's clothes and pay for it. When I tried to tell them I only brought a certain number of items, they made me take it anyway! Now I have someone else's clothes. This was not the first time the owner of the dry cleaners was extremely rude to me!! But this take the cake!!!
