This company changes the compensation plan to it's sales representatives over and over and over again, only to not pay their sales representatives the commission that is owed to them. Don't work for this company. You will be driving around cold calling and not getting any gas money while only getting a small base pay and you will be lucky if you get any of the commission money that you earn....
