Gonsana is hands down the most professional contracting company that I have ever worked with to date. Bolivar came recommended to me from a friend and he did not disappoint! I contacted Gonsana for an estimate for vinyl siding on my house. While doing my estimate for my siding he even went into my attic to check my ventilation issues with my roof. I had a different company install my roof and windows earlier in the year(wish I had known about Gonsana at that time) and when Gonsana did my siding they extended my back roof to fix my ventilation issues/rewrapped my windows and doors making them aesthetically look ten times better. Gonsana’s pricing is very reasonable and Jeanette the office manager was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I ended up having to replace the plywood on my home in addition. Bolivar and his crew took the time to replace any missing insulation in my inside walls before closing up the outside. Gonsana was always on time when promised (Yes…the owner was on site during the work) and cleaned up after their work as if they were never there! I would trust Bolivar with any and all future issues I might have with my home, thank you for your superior work!

We are extremely happy with the outcome of this project. We had about 6 other places come out to give us a quote and Gonsana was by far the BEST price wise!!! Not only they are extremely professional, but when you make an appointment for a consultation and/or the job itself, they confirm it the day before. Jammyl, the sales rep, was ON TIME and the only person who actually took his time meeting with us, he took pictures of the roof which NONE of the other places did, and he gave us a Quote in writing right then and there. The next day we got a call from Jeannette, the lady who handles the bookings for the jobs, and bam we were able to set up an appointment that same week that was convenient for us, a Saturday morning! No if’s or but’s. Once again, the day before, we got a call to confirm things and when the 2 gentleman showed up to do the job, they were ON TIME once again, and got right down to working. We only had the garage roof done, and they were done in less than 5 hours and cleaned up so well, not a spot was left behind. By far the BEST experience we have had with Contractors. We will absolutely use them again in the near future for other projects as well. A+, highly recommend them!!! Oh, for the record, we found them thru a site called HomeAdvisor, where they go thru background checks and what not, so it’s less to worry about.

Bolivar was very honest about the work that needed to be done and in the construction business integrity is hard to find. We have had flash flooding many times since the roof was repaired and not a drop of water has leaked into the property. I would use Gonsana for any roofing project I have in the future!!!!
I had others come to give me an estimate and Jammyl was the only one to go on my roof and look it over before telling me his recommendations. They did work for me before and I was happy and they didn't let me down. After they were finished they cleaned up and you would never know they were here. I will call them again
