The process can't be beat, but don't expect to be coddled.They sometimes border on being rude.But they are so very busy.I have had countless stay cats neutered there for$32.00.Can't beat that.

We were the first ones to come and check in but it took almost an hour for them to call our name so it doesn't really matter what time you come in
