this is a great building. It's under skyline management, which seems to be a pretty great management company' too. Here are some pros and a few cons.
Pros:
-Great location. Close to most train lines and both rivers.
-great amenities like a gym, landscaped rooftop and courtyard, friendly doormen, non-scary laundry room

Olive oil ice cream was excellent, topped with a little salt. $4/scoop $7/two scoops.But no samples???! When you're serving wacky flavors, it's good measure to hand out a stick or two. Guy was a little snooty explaining, "We're serving, not sampling today." Point made.
