Do Not Use This Company

The employee was extremely rude over the phone and became very irrate when we decided not to usehis companies services. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The staff are incredibly rude. I tried to make a reservation and apparently interrupted the guy having his lunch because I couldn't understand a word he was saying and he hung up on me when I asked him to repeat himself.

The limo never showed up for our wedding either! We had requested transportation for 20 from the church to the reception with Garden State Limo. We called the day before to confirm everything, and were told there was "no problem." The limo was supposed to arrive at 3:30. When we got out of the church at 4:15, there was no limo. My sister went inside to call them and was told that the limo had "broken down." They said there was "nothing they could do." When my husband called back, the man who answered the phone asked him what his "problem" was! The man hung up on my husband four times!...

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I booked the limousine service for my wedding without issue; however, when I called two days before the wedding to confirm the service and $$ owed on the wedding day, the man on the phone was rude and condescending, telling me I "didn't understand english." I told him there was no need to speak rudely and he told me that there was a need because they "did not take [my] money" when I tried to confirm the amount owed was after the deposit I gave 2 months prior. ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING THE LIMO NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! When my father called to find...

My wedding guests were late

The shuttle driver got 45 mintues lost driving my guests from the hotel to wedding reception. It was a nine mile drive with three turns on major roads. Directions had been faxed and mailed to the company - unacceptable. We were suppose to get "red carpet" service, with champagne and tuxedo-ed drivers...didn't happen. And they were very rude..asking for my fiance's credit card as he is walking into the church to get married, eventhough they weren't done with the driving for the day. I'm waiting to get some type of reimbursement for the frustration and defaulted contract.
