I had an appointment with an employee (her name abbreviated as A.N..) at the Garden Grove Housing Authority two days ago. I let her know on the phone that it would take me 2 hour drive to get to the office, When I got to the office after almost 2 hour drive, the receptionist asked her on the phone if she was expecting me, and on a yes answer I was invited to wait at the lobby.
