Poor service, mediocre room

Platinum Marriott member. First time at this hotel - I usually stay at the Courtyard around the corner. Poor check in experience - was given a key that did not work, had to come back down with bags to get a new key. Arrived in room to find no bar soap at the sink, and the sink did not drain properly. Location was excellent - service was not

We stayed here for 6 nights and had issues. For the first 3 days we had a toilet that did not work properly. So we had to go to the basement (down 24 floors) if we needed to do anything more than a wee. Each day when we went out we would ask the hotel to fix it and each night when we came back it was still not working properly. We were then moved to another room where the pipes rattled. We then...
