My husband and I stayed here for two nights. It is a lovely hotel. In fact we had stayed here in October and liked it so much we decided to come back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maybe the best of the crew in this part of town.

There are several of the various mid-price chain hotels in this part of Manhattan. I've stayed at a number of them, and the Four Points is physically just a little nicer than the others. Furniture in better shape, thermostat works, room not quite so tiny as some. Lobby also a little less generic than the competition. Things so smooth I didn't have a large amount of interaction with staff, but...

Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff

We found this location and price to be very attractive. Close to various metro lines, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Room was clean, had 2 comfortable queen beds, enough pillows and plenty of towels. Decor was updated. It was not a large room, but did have sufficient space to deal with our 3 suitcases and winter coats. Staff were friendly and accommodated an early check-in....

Not recommended

We checked on this place at 25th street near the Lincoln tunnel. This place is no comparison to the Sherry Times Square. But the sherry was out of our price range. This is definitely not a four star place. 2 stars is already too much. The area around is not outright filthy but not clean. The room are small and they were not well kept by housekeeping, what ever this means. Reception is not...
