I moved to Murray Hill 2 years ago and have been using Four Park's dry cleaning and tailoring since I've been here. Everything gets done on schedule and they do a great job tailoring suits too. I brought in a suit on a tuesday and needed it tailored by friday for my sister's wedding. I picked up the suit and it was done very well for a very reasonable price. The service is great and I would recommend using them.

Good cleaning, but terrible customer service practices

I've gone here for several months for my dry cleaning. However, during my last dry cleaning, I had a suit cleaned (for only the 2nd time in its existence) and afterwards the rear pocket was completely torn apart. I took it back and asked them to fix it and they would only do it if I paid for the repair. Any other dry cleaning business would have repaired it for free if they had torn it during cleaning. After I said that I wanted them to repair it for free or at least refund my dry cleaning charges, the woman proceeds to call me a ""bad person"" in Korean and doesn't think I understand. ...

A job well done, I nearly through out some perfectly good clothes recently that I had grown too small for after a successful bout on the treadmill. Although I was excited to go clothes shopping I really wanted to keep some of the choice items I'd collected over the last two years whilst my waistine was getting bigger.
Park Ave Four cleaners really saved the day, they did what they said they would and let me know what they couldn't. as a result not only did you guys make great adjusments, my clothes now fit better than when I bought them:} Thanks again
