The apartments interiors are designed well (not cookie cutter boxes). Shopping (food and clothes), movies, gas stations have all built up around the site so everything is very accessible. The interstate is close enough to be easily found as well. A library branch and hospital is also very close at hand. The grounds are nice and keep up by an outside contract that do a great job. The cleaning people they have a contract with to clean before and after move in/out do a so, so job. The general clean-up by staff of common areas is mostly ignored.

The actual staff are very friendly and seem to be there to fix and do anything you need but when it boils down to it they don't. Common areas are always trashed, there is no where to park because of all the extra guest, the noise in the breezeways/decks/patios is so loud you can not hear your t.v., rules are not enforced, etc...
