Had an unfortunate accident with a new driver 2 weeks before moving across country. Fortune in Georgetown, KY got me in and out in two days and you can't tell where the damage was. Very friendly staff, kept within estimate, and I couldn't be happier!

My damaged car arrived at Fortune June 25. Many parts had to be ordered and I was told that it should be ready for pickup by July 22. On July 24, when my insurance stopped paying for the rental, I called to see if I could pick the car up. It was then that I was told that the dashboard was busted and that had to be replaced. July 30, I called to check on the car and learned that the part was on...
