I received the worst possible customer service at this store. I ordered a piece of furniture and was promised delivery in 4-8 weeks. The piece arrived after 4 months. It took numerous phone calls and messages in order to get an ETA on the piece. And when I finally got a response it was very rude. Five months after I received the piece it was broken. The customer service manager ignored my messages. When I finally got her on the phone she was extremely rude and unprofessional.
