What can I say other than - the best!!
Everything is wonderful quality and the service is even better. We travel from upstate and bring our 2 coolers to fill with Florence meatsto bring home and enjoy. Have not had one thing that we have been disappointed with. The staff is so helpful and will order you anything that you request if they don't normally carry it. Maria is terrific and gets me my beautiful beef cheeks every visit down to The City. Florencio and Aristeo butcher the meat at their butcher blocks with friendly smiles on their faces aand put on a show that even our kids have...

I just moved to the West Village a few months ago and lamented at the thought of having to buy meat from a supermarket. I grew up in in Queens in the 70s and 80s where we always had our German butcher. Then I moved to the Upper East Side and the managing butchers at Agata & Valentina, always took care of me with the best cuts of meat. I tried Balducci (14th st- horrible!) and D'Ags (ick!)
