They saved my carpet. I wanted to get a new carpet because I could not get it as clean as I wanted. So I had them do the deep cleaning and it was well worth the money!

Very courteous and professional cleaners. So far, very good. They cleaned two irreplaceable handmade rugs using pH-balanced solvents and cleaning by hand rather than machine. The rugs came back today, and they're beautiful

My apartment's carpet is 6 years old and has never been professionally cleaned - until today! The amount of dirt and grime that Ron removed from it was truly amazing! I can't believe that I've been breathing all of that in! Thank you for turning my dull and dirty carpet (and couch) into something that looks and smells fantastic! I had some concerns about using these cleaning products around my pets but Ron was very patient in answering my many questions and reassured me that the products used were entirely safe around pets. I would definitely recommend new-York Carpet.jena hunt
