I was pleased with the services from Flat Rate Carpet. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and the technicians did a good job. They were over an hour late, otherwise, they did a good job.
I wanted my sofa cleaned that day, but they had to put me in for the following morning. No biggie.
My appointment was for him to arrive between 8 - 10 am and the guy called to tell me he'd arrive at 9 and he did. Then he cleaned my sofa and now it's clean.
This company should fire the woman who answers the phone. Although the carpet cleaning service may be good, the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. After the way I was treated on the phone, I am not sure I would hire this company; first impressions last and the receptionist makes a lasting impression - but not in a good way!
Just used this company to carpet my office and was very happy with the price as well as the quick installation. They even cleaned up after they installed it which was nice.
I had a terrible soda stain on my cream colored bedroom carpet, plus general dirt. I'm selling my condo and was just hoping to make it look presentable...didn't expect miracles....But after cleaning, it looks like new. And smells fresh and clean, too. The stain is completely gone.
The service person was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely speedy. I could not have asked for better service.
The cost was also far lower than I had expected. I'm thrilled (obviously)!
