Persistent company

I found this company on google. I had never heard of them before but i was pressed for time for a rug cleaning so i set an appointment with them right away. The technician came over four hours later gave me a price and cleaned it right away. The next day i noticed that one stain still remained.I called them back and they came the same day to redo the cleaning. After the second time around my carpet looked great. Although it took a few times to clean my rug i was happy that they were persistent

2 rugs cleaned- worry free

impressed with their website an great coupons- decided this would be one of my 3 companies id have over for my free estimates for my 2 area rugs. they came and beat all the other 2 companies prices. plus free pickup and delivery- i was in! when the 2 rugs were delivered back to me, they looked like a brighter and cleaner color and the clean fragrance was a plus

I love my carpeting, but it started getting little ripples that were easy to trip on. When I tripped and spilled a drink on my carpet I called Flat Rate carpet cleaners to come and take care of the stain. We also had them fix the ripples and now our carpet looks brand new again! No more ripples - no more spills!

Staff = HELPFUL! My experience was excellent.. answered all my questions. Carpet that was cleaned in my home dried fast! planning on using their services next week to clean my sofas

I love to use all organic cleaning products so now that I know Flat Rate uses non-toxic cleaners I am more than happy to continue using them. My carpets are super clean and without the harsh chemicals.
