Last week I read all the bad reviews about this jewelry shop and decided to pay them a visit. I took a watch in to have links adjusted, when mention of the bad reviews I had read.....there was no excuses nor was it denied that such matters that were written had been problematic for the shop for several years now. The employee of the shop were totally honest and concerned about the reviews....

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I took a ring to be re-sized, and when it came back, there were different color pearls in it. They basically called me a liar, when I pointed it out. Finally, they said they would correct it, but when it came back, it still looks nothing like the original. They took almost a month to diagnose the problem I was having with a high end watch. Then they took another 2 weeks to make the repair.
