Took my wedding ring there to have the prongs repaired. Went to pick up ring and found that diamonds had been moved around, center stone sat lower than it was supposed to and wedding ring didn't fit with band anymore.(they are a matched set that has a notch so they fit together.) I asked this company to build up the prongs on my wedding to keep my diamond secure and they completely changed my ring, for the worse. I have a $1500.00 estimate from another jeweler as what it would take to repair the damage.
