4 tires 398 cost us 650. 3 maybe 4 trips. So much anger I could spit. I have people I don't care for and would not send them to Firestone. IF you don't believe me go in there. I bet before you are done they have found something else wrong with your vehicle and I am also betting that when you take it back they will blame it on someone else that it was not done right and charge you even more.
I'm always treated with respect. Very nice men running this place who truly care about you and your cars well being. I've been going here 3+ years and I don't regret a thing!

Took my car in for the tire installation, and when asking how long it would be. The individual said, "I don't know, an hour and a half, a couple-a-hours." Not professional at all.Then when waiting, I watched there was a time frame of around 20 minutes when not one worker was working on my car. I bought two tires with road hazard warranty for $800+. The tires have less than 30,000 miles. The tires had a slow leek and they would not honor their road hazard warranty. I spent an additional $90 for the road hazard warranty. The store should refund my $90. J Cameron
