I was greeted by what looked like a manager or supervisor (although he didn't have a uniform on) and the two other employees were standing in the back talking. The manager or supervisor tried to flag them down but ultimately tried to help me himself until the employee came to assist. She was very nice, there was just a lack of acknolwedgement when I first came in.
I shipped about 20 mugs from NYC to Nashville. Richard wrapped each mug individually in bubble wrap, made sure that everything was safe and secure, and kept up a cheerful attitude throughout the whole process. He also gave me advice on how to make sure that my delivery got to Nashville on time. I had a wonderful experience with Richard's help.
Henrey was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made useful reccomenations and completely the work in a timely manner and correctly. I initially emailed the project and he completed the project from beginning to end, which is comforting (since I feel like he read and knows what I asked for).
