Serge was very helpful, precisely understood what I asked him, despite my (strong? :) ) french accent. He also provided me with other options that decreased my total bill, which was a good surprise as I did the simulation myself online and came with a higher price. I would definitively come back for the service and the friendly staff.

Anthony helped me and he was a perfect customer service representative. I explained all of my options as well as made very practical suggestions for alternative methods. He went above and beyond to help me and I witnessed him help other customers in the same fashion. He is an asset to that location and this company. He was easily the most knowledgable and courteous person on the floor.

Thank you Anthony for being so patient with me and helping me pick out a box. I know you must see dozens of people everyday so I appreciate you taking the time to help pick the box to pack my old lamp in. Moving is difficult and the lamp is a keepsake from my grandmother and it fit almost perfectly in the box. I feel better that it will be protected .
