I had a giant picture of my wife blown up for our anniversary. The large format printer was down. Keith called tech support and when tech support couldn't fix it in time, he found a way to fulfill my request using blueprint paper and a different printer.
When we arrived, the employee looked annoyed that we had so much to ship. She stuffed some of my items in a box, when mentioned it she blew off my comment. And denied my request to ship a small box.
Carol was very friendly and helpful! I had to print out Disney tickets and she gave me the option of doing on the self-serve equipment or she could do it for me - explained exactly how/where I needed to send the email to make it come through properly. Just very patient and friendly for a not-so-tech savvy person like me.
