When we came and looked at the apartment it was amazing. But as soon as we moved in, we discovered it was roach infested. Most of the renovations they did were half done. We have cracks and holes everywhere. If I could get out of my lease right now I would. The only plus is its bigger than our last one and has on site laundry and a pool.

Fayette crossing is an older set of apartments that does show some age. However the location is close by to the mall and a nice little shopping center. In addition the staff are super helpful and punctual. Apartment rules are enforced keeping the area nice and clean. Maintenance are also very considerate and quick to fix problems.

This apartment complex was is great for me. Walking distance to a park and a Mexican restaurant. It is also walking distance to the mall as well, but you would have to walk across Nicholasville road. (which I don't recommended) Pool area is nice, and apartments are majority of the time in good condition. Its a good neighborhood, but it is still in the city. Somewhat good position to drive...

The staff has been great since day one, and continue to be great! The simple fact that I can have my gentle giant (an 80lbs pitbull) with me is the best part of this community. Location is awesome, and the neighbors all seem to like it just as much. I have already referred a friend as well!
