Fast Rite was hired by our warranty providers to fix our fridge. Not only did they never show up the day they said they would (leaving us waiting at home for HOURS), after a while they too stopped returning our calls and never fixed our fridge! In particular, the owner, Harry Burns, is incredibly unhelpful. Never use this company if you can help it.

We called Fast Rite to repair our dishwasher. I left work early to meet them the reported time "some time after 3 pm" . They did not show- it was 4:30pm and we called them- they said "we're driving up to your street right now". They did not come.
