Great location, as we were walking to MSG,about 1/2 block.
Roof top bar has excellent view of lower Manhattan.
Very friendly staff. Clean room, windows that open, breakfast buffet was ok.
Would stay again.

Is the hotel under renovations? Yes. Did it inconvenience us? Not really. Yes, there were a few times we had to wait a little longer for an elevator but not enough of an inconvenience for us to not want to stay there again. We were travelling with a group of 60+ people and our family, personally, found the hotel staff...

This Hotel is best passed by- there plenty of others in NYC that cost exactly the same. One thing that really turned us off, for a family hotel, each evening, at one of the lifts, a huge rude bouncer and a tittering hostess would line the Nightclub guests up and decide whether they were worthy of entering the Nightclub on...

Avoid during reconstruction

The hotel keeps running while it is currently under reconstruction. This leads to disturbing noise (including overnight), delays in elevators,...
Otherwise the room was clean.
The breakfast could also be improved because the choice is quite poor.

Hotel is under construction, so I won't dock them for that, however only one elevator worked while we were there, at one point the elevator started pouring water, fire alarms going off. We opted to take the stairs going down to avoid a long wait for the elevator, stairwells were filled with supplies from the renovation, definitely a safety hazard....
