The room and accommodations are very good, but the customer service was fantastic. I needed to get a very early check-in, as in 8:30AM, and the staff had no problem accommodating me. Value for money, decent stay

The biggest downside is that the hotel is in middle of nowhere so you have to use buses, taxis to reach points of interest and subway.
However, the rooms are big, bathroom spacious and clean.
Staff efficient and kind, special thanx to Ann from front desk.
Breakfast is really good.
The price is reasonable.
Room could be a bit cleaner.

Very neat hotel with great staff. Many thanks to staff member Alan who helped us out big time. Good shuttle service to the nearby metro station. The rooms are very tidy and get cleaned on daily basis. Recommendable and a great alternative for the expensive hotels on Manhattan. Thanks for the pleasant stay!
