This hotel is very convenient to Times Square and all amenities. The rooms are spotless and the staff very helpful. Breakfast is also available,(a rarity in hotels in New York) and breakfast while served with paper plates and plastic cutlery was really good. My only complaint...there are not enough elevators for the number of people using the hotel, you could have a 15 min wait.

I read in the hotel writing "we'll do the best to make you satisfied" and can say that it's true. First of all staff is friendly. Room was clean ( thanks to room maid Jocelin), bed comfortable. There were enough clean towels, bath amenities, complimentary water and fast wifi. Small coffee machine in room and complimentary breakfast with good choice (fruit, bread, eggs, yogurt and good coffee)...
