Had to find storage for my sick mother on short notice. Checked reviews before calling around. Contacted Extra Space Storage and they were very helpful. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the time that I could be there to sign the contract. But other than that, the service was exceptional. The facility is well maintained and clean. And it is affordable!

I have been calling and getting information for weeks the staff have been very helpful, friendly and gone above with helping answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend this storage place to anyone

I went in to rent a unit. There were 2 large flags in front stating first month free. The man who showed me a couple of units said there is no "first month free" promotion. If there was one there would be a large banner. He said the 2 banners did not count. I told him it sounded like bait-n-switch and told him I would not rent there. Left and checking other storage businesses.
