I also had rented a movie from the KIOSK and returned it two days later. I just now got charged over 25 dollars...Trying to contact them this seems to be a a hassel... Go figure...
I rented a movie from the KIOSK in a town about 75 miles from my house. My son lives there. He promised to return the movie the next day, but forgot about it until 3 weeks later. I never received any notices that the movie had not been returned. When he finally returned it, I was charged over $25 ! I could have purchased the DVD for that price. Do you not have a limit on late fees?
