This company does not do their job; their sole focus is collecting maintenance payments. They do not maintain community covenants or deal with infractions. I suggest you report them to the better...

Stay away from EPM. If they currently manage your Condo, then remove them. If you don't have them at your condo, then be happy.

Horrible, horrible management co.have had a problem for well over3 months and keep getting the run around. I'd Like to see what would happen if I stopped paying my maintenance!

My community is currently utilizing EPM for their management services. EPM doesn't put the best interest of the community or the members of the community first. They have the worst customer...
