it is entirely understandable that occasionally there will be a delay when ordering furniture. However, I ordered a glass coffee table, two "Turner" chairs, a sofa and two occasional chairs. The turner chairs and glass coffee table were listed as "express" and "in stock". I was encouraged to buy from the store and not from the website (now I know it's so that the salesperson can get a commission). That's fine with me but in my case, my salesperson named MaryLou was horrible. She took NO responsibility or accountability when my "in stock" items were not delivered for at least 8 weeks. Her solution to the coffee table not arriving was to give me the floor model without giving me a discount for taking a used product. She argued with me over returning the turner chairs until I came to a compromise with the store manager. The manager said that I could replace the chairs and put a sturdier fabric on the chairs. The only thing I would be charged for is the difference in the price of the fabric. That sounded reasonable to me and I happened to pick a fabric that was on sale for $40 per yard. So we estimated the cost to be between $200 -$300 which I accepted to have the studier fabric. When the chairs arrived, I was charged as if I were purchasing the chairs brand new!! When I called to complain, the answer was something like "what did you expect, you wanted new chairs?". We agreed to a price reduction and I paid $500 for the two chairs and returned the ones that were damaged. I don't know if the problem is the Wayne store itself (they are individually owned I am told) or if it is just Marylou and the management there. But they do not live up to promises, they don't enter orders into the system on a timely basis, causing delays and they certainly don't stand behind their products or services. don't go here. The store in Hackensack is by far better. I had an issue with a char I bought at the Hackensack store. A gentlemen came to look at the problem with the finish, went to his truck, returned with the stain to fix the problem and it was fixed in minutes. But don't expect that kind of service from the Wayne store, Marylou or the management there.

Avoid this location. Sales people are horrible and full of attitude. Designers don't design and are not equipped to help you make any decisions. We spent thousands here and post sales follow up...
The service manager of this franchise, Joe Esposito, does not abide by his own company's warranty. We could have bought the same table for the same price online, bought the table from his store...
