The store is a pleasure to be in, large and airy and has gorgeous items, but in small selection. they have a great kids and babies section, beautiful quilts, a small but gorgeous lingerie collection,as well as immaculate taste in affordale but pretty jewerly. Some of the clothes for women are overpriced, but seem to be very well made and if on sale, a great buy.

without the space claustrophobia of harriet love or the crowds of abc carpet and home, erica tanov is the place to go to if you're a) a woman shopping for that classy yet chic piece or b) guy looking for the above for your significant other. the customer service is top notch and the store itself well decorated to serve that eclectic lower east side/soho feel. smiling faces all around, there's also a small selection of baby gifts and art books.
