I really like this equinox. It's one long open space, unlike many in the city which are multi floor. It still smells new inside. A little hard to access since it's at Brookfield Place unless you work or live in battery park. But I like coming out here and hanging out at eating at Brookfield. Tre locker rooms still smell …
The staff here is great and the facilities are beautiful. My only issue is that the gym is so overcrowded. I feel like membership is way too high for the size of the locker rooms, amount of showers, etc. You often need to wait for a shower in the mornings.
Great location and nice staff. Very clean. Classes are a bit full. Be careful here, I have had stuff stolen 2x - even with a locked locker. Would have given it 5 if not for the theft and full classes.
Really clean, lots of equipment. Avoid "rush hour" if you need to shower etc at gym BUT yes you can shower and do your hair here after your workout.
