The staff was extremely helpful, I was picked up on time. My vehicle was ready when promised. Very happy every time I rent from this location. My only problem was this last rental was a one way rental and the drop off location had a $75.00 drop off fee, which was more than the actual rental, and I didn't even leave the state. Next time I do one way rentals, I'll look into more rental options...

Mike really helped me out during a bad situation with my car while it was at the shop. Great customer service. Not the typical rental car experience.
