Stood Up on an Appointment

Set an appointment and waited around, 2 hours later, the tech calls and tells me he'll be there in 30 minutes, an hour later the head office calls and just cancels. Rude and unacceptable customer service. They did not even offer to reschedule, although I would not have used them after that. Plenty of other dedicated window treatment options to waste my time with these people.
