This location was supposed to call me to schedule after receiving doctor's orders but after a week of waiting I called them. I thought that was solved but when, the day before my scheduled appointment I had not received a confirmation notice I called back. They had lost my appointment. I kept calling (because they never returned my calls) and was told to come in at the aforementioned time....
